We are partnered with a client seeking a Lead OneStream Consultant to support and enhance their financial consolidations application.This role will focus on driving improvements across financial consolidation processes, including business rule development, data integration, and overall system optimization. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on OneStream experience within consolidations and be comfortable leading enhancements while working closely with finance and technical stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and enhancement of OneStream solutions with a focus on financial consolidationsDevelop and maintain business rules, calculations, and workflows within the OneStream platformSupport and optimize consolidation processes including intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and close cyclesManage data integrations, including building and maintaining data loads and transformationsCollaborate with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsTroubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring data accuracy and system reliabilityProvide guidance on best practices and recommend system improvements to increase efficiency and scalabilitySupport testing, deployment, and documentation of system changesQualificationsStrong hands‑on experience with OneStream, particularly within financial consolidationsProven ability to develop business rules and work with OneStream extensibilityExperience with data integration tools and processes within OneStreamSolid understanding of financial consolidation concepts (FX, eliminations, ownership, etc.)Ability to work independently in a client‑facing environment and lead workstreams as neededStrong communication skills with both technical and finance stakeholders#J-18808-Ljbffr
