Job Summary We are offering a 3‑month unpaid internship for a Junior Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Coordinator. The role is targeted at students currently enrolled in an HR or business‑related program and is designed to provide hands‑on experience within a dynamic recruitment team. Key Responsibilities Engage in the full recruitment cycle. Maintain data integrity within the applicant tracking system. Responsible for job postings and ensuring they reach the target audience. Pre‑screen and interview candidates. Prepare candidate profiles. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Present candidates to employers under the guidance of a senior recruiter. Conduct reference checks. Contribute to the regular administrative requirements of the team. Required Qualifications Currently enrolled in a DEC, AEC, Certificate, or Bachelor’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates with a career change background are welcome. No recruiting experience required – training will be provided. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced and changing environment. Fluency in French and advanced level in English (bilingualism is an asset). Excellent computer skills and comfort with new technologies. Customer‑service orientation. Background in sales (asset). Administrative experience in HR (asset).
