Drive the full operational performance of the body shop—profitability, productivity, and workflow optimization Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technicians and support staff—building a high-performance, accountable culture Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, repair flow, and resource allocation Monitor and elevate technician efficiency, workmanship quality, and shop output Manage estimates, invoicing, and insurance claims with a focus on accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction Own financial performance—budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing KPIs to drive continuous improvement Identify and implement process improvements and revenue growth opportunities Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and industry regulations Build strong relationships with customers, insurers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders What are the Requirements?
