Role Summary The Communications Coordinator supports the delivery of internal and external communications across the business. They help manage the day-to-day flow of work, draft and organize content, and keep priorities moving forward. Success means clear, consistent communication, strong coordination across teams, and fewer bottlenecks in how work gets done. Key Impact / Purpose Improve the quality and consistency of communications across the business Support the development of clear, practical content for employees and external audiences Strengthen internal email communications through better drafting, formatting, and execution Reduce rework by organizing and refining content before it goes out Support major initiatives by ensuring content is ready, aligned, and easy to deliver Duties And Responsibilities Draft, edit, and proofread internal communications including emails, intranet content, and announcements Support internal email communications, including drafting, formatting, building, and scheduling sends Translate input from stakeholders into clear, practical content Review and refine content to ensure alignment with brand, tone, and communications standards Support content development for key initiatives including NPS, campaigns, and website updates Assist with organizing and structuring website content Format and prepare content for publishing across channels Gather inputs from teams and consolidate into clear, usable drafts Maintain content libraries, templates, and basic documentation Support light coordination to ensure content is ready when needed Flag gaps, inconsistencies, or risks in content before it is published Qualifications And Experience Must Haves 2–5 years in communications, marketing, or content-focused roles Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills Experience supporting NPS programs or survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) Experience drafting internal communications, including email Ability to turn rough inputs into clear, practical content Strong attention to detail and organization Experience using tools like Microsoft Office and Canva Nice to Haves Experience with email or intranet platforms (e.g., Staffbase) Experience developing simple graphics Experience taking live action photos and video Experience supporting website content or updates Familiarity with social content and basic analytics Expected annual compensation: $50,000–$60,000 Benefits Defined Contribution Pension Plan with a generous employer contribution Flexible Health and Dental benefits with tiered options to meet the needs of you and your family An annual health spending account to support your overall wellness 24/7 confidential support through our Employee and Family Assistance Program with access to comprehensive resources and professional services A competitive vacation package with additional vacation granted throughout your tenure with the organization.
