Supervisor, Picking – Logistics (Montreal, Quebec) Responsibilities Coordinate and communicate daily workload to team members, delegating work according to staffing requirements and schedules. Serve as the first escalation point for the picking department. Monitor emails to ensure that all daily order requisitions have been met, assigned or handled and intervene when escalation is required. Support the other supervisor on requests related to planning, tooling, training, new process implementation and process refinement. Support remote location teams when needed. Support the Finance department for inventory audits and cycle counts. Support SAP/Produmex (WMS) software training and use, including identifying problem issues, coordinating fixes or order cancellations with department and MIS. Assist the Logistics Management team with other projects and tasks as required for department success. Qualifications Minimum of two (2) years of similar experience. High School diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills. Forklift certification. Experience with transportation and order picking best practices. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proven ability to work collaboratively with team members and colleagues. Intermediate knowledge of computers, ability to use SAP and Office.
