Position Summary RIC Electronics Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee inventory accuracy, coordinate stock movements, and support efficient warehouse and supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising inventory control activities, maintaining accurate inventory records, investigating discrepancies, and supporting effective material flow throughout the organization. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to coordinate closely with warehouse, purchasing, production, and logistics teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily inventory control activities and support warehouse operations Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Excel Reconcile stock discrepancies and investigate inventory variances Coordinate and oversee cycle counts and physical inventory audits Ensure inventory transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner Coordinate inventory movements between warehouse, production, and shipping departments Work closely with purchasing and production teams to maintain appropriate inventory levels Identify inventory control issues and implement corrective actions and process improvements Assist with receiving, labeling, tracking, and organization of incoming materials and components Prepare inventory reports and provide analysis to management as required Support warehouse organization and ensure materials are stored and handled properly Coordinate with logistics and shipping personnel regarding inventory availability and allocations Train and support warehouse staff on inventory procedures and best practices Maintain documentation and records in accordance with company procedures and quality standards Qualification Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse supervision, or supply chain operations preferred Experience using ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Effective communication and team coordination skillsExperience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is considered an asset Working Conditions Full-time position, Monday to Friday Warehouse and manufacturing environment Combination of administrative work and warehouse floor supervision Benefits Extended health and dental benefits Vacation pay Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
