POSITION OVERVIEW As the Executive Assistant to the Vice President, Service Delivery – BDC Advisory Services, you will be the central pillar of organization, priority management, and workflow. CHALLENGES TO BE MET Support the Vice President in determining priorities and organizing work. Manage the agenda, organize meetings, and perform related tasks (room and travel reservations, agendas, conferences, budgets, etc.). Provide administrative support by maintaining and coordinating a wide range of documents such as presentations, reports, executive committee documents, budgets, invoices, etc. Build relationships with all BDC staff, executive committees, regional team members, and external parties to ensure ongoing dissemination and coordination of information. Develop and maintain database systems and files, and process confidential data (evaluation reports, succession and career advancement recommendations, and other human resources documents). Write a variety of communications in both official languages (English and French). WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR College diploma or university degree in business administration. Experience in an assistant role or other relevant experience. Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Ability to handle pressure and maintain professional relationships with internal/external stakeholders. Known for your ability to listen and take initiative. Self-taught with the ability to multi-task.
