About The Role If you're a CMRAO-licensed professional seeking an opportunity with an experienced and energizing team, we invite you to bring your passion for property management to Larlyn. You will oversee a portfolio of residential condominium corporations, ensuring exceptional service delivery to boards, residents, and contractors alike. Qualifications General Licence issued by the CMRAO (required) 2–3 years of experience in condominium property management Experience managing a diverse portfolio of residential condominium corporations, including both townhouse and high-rise communities, in accordance with CMRAO licensing standards Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Commitment to meeting monthly operational and reporting deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Yardi experience is considered an asset A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service Compensation Annual salary range: $60,000 – $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
