The incumbent will coordinate all organizational activities with regard to quality, while delivering the Eclipse Vision and the Eclipse Entrepreneurial Culture.What you'll be doing QualityDevelop the quality goals and targets in the organization’s strategic planPromoting quality achievement and performance improvement across the organizationMaintaining a constant awareness of the business context and company profitabilityAssessing product specifications and customer requirementsEnsuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation including ISO 9001, CSA Z299.1, CSA N299.1, GAMP, TSSADevelop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the company’s quality systems and policies into compliance with quality system requirementsSetting quality assurance compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achievedCreating and maintaining controls and documentation proceduresLiaising with customers’ auditors and ensuring the exception of corrective action and compliance with customers’ specificationsEstablishing standards of service for customers or clientsIdentify relevant quality-related training needs and delivering trainingLeadershipPromote positive relations between departments and with partners, customers, vendors, and distributorsRecommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations which support continuous improvement initiativesRecommend Eclipse Database improvements on an ongoing basis to increase efficiency throughout the companyContinuously resource new innovative solutions for corporate competitivenessAdhere to the Eclipse Project Operating PolicyProject ExecutionWork requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a team environment and actively participate in group meetings safelyComplete other duties and projects as assignedEnsure scheduled milestones are metNotify the appropriate departments if milestones are not metMaintain good corporate citizen role in support of the Eclipse corporate VisionEnsure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the Eclipse Automation Inc.
