Position: Retail Representative (Full time) Company: Acosta Canada Corporation Job Category: Retail Salary Range: $48,000.00 - $48,000.00 We are currently recruiting for a results‑oriented Retail Representative to represent our clients. This role offers you the unique opportunity to utilize your retail sales experience in a more strategic way through the development of direct sales, merchandising and POS placement. You will be responsible for calling on clients in the Grocery, Gas & Convenience Retail Channel to communicate and execute sales and merchandising strategies, promotions and guidelines. In this position you will be accountable to drive results by identifying volume opportunities, providing excellent customer service, supplying product information and ensuring product dominance and distribution. Responsibilities Build relationships with store managers Maintain 100% distribution of existing items Ensure adherence to shelving guidelines and plan‑ograms Build displays and place point‑of‑sale material Negotiate product placement Communicate client information and sell promotions Manage a team of representatives Review work and ensure quality standards are met Train new employees and coach the team on a regular basis Prepare handheld reporting and results‑based management reports (RBM) Support Regional Manager Qualifications Prior territory retail sales experience Team management experience Available to work Monday to Friday Regular access to a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record, and able to meet vehicle insurance requirements Strong communication skills in French Organized, self‑motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision Computer literate and comfortable using digital technology (handheld, camera, etc.) Able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs, stand, bend and reach on a daily basis Able to drive for extended periods of time Ability to store sample products and racking Access to high‑speed Internet Acosta Group is an equal opportunity employer and will ensure that applicants with disabilities are provided with reasonable accommodations.
