We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 expert, with specific hands‑on experience in Dynamics CRM and Real‑time Marketing, to join our ERP team. The ERP Systems Analyst will take a lead role in the development, support, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, particularly Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement (CRM) and its Real‑time Marketing module. This position is key to enabling business growth, driving automation, and enhancing client engagement through optimized CRM processes. While the primary focus is on Microsoft Dynamics 365, the role will also involve some collaboration with other systems in our ERP ecosystem such as Workday, IntApp, Aderant, iManage, and Chrome River. Your core responsibilities will include: Lead the development, configuration, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Real‑time Marketing tools. Partner with business stakeholders to design CRM solutions that align with client lifecycle and marketing strategy. Build and maintain custom workflows, plugins, forms, dashboards, and Power Platform integrations. Develop and maintain integrations with Dynamics 365 using APIs and middleware (e.g., SSIS, Azure Logic Apps). Troubleshoot issues and provide Tier 2/3 support for Dynamics 365 applications. Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements. Manage data quality, migrations, and synchronization processes between CRM and other platforms. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for platform updates, enhancements, and issue resolution. Support documentation, change control, release management, and ongoing CRM training initiatives. Qualifications Must have .NET Programming experience (VB.NET, C#) Experience with interfacing with API (REST, SOAP) Experience in supporting financial efforts within professional service organizations (Legal is an asset) Ability to communicate in a professional manner Strong attention to detail and thoroughness Ability to work independently, follow instructions with minimal supervision and take initiative Able to set own priorities while maintaining flexibility Ability to accept duties and assignments willingly and open to new tasks A positive team player with excellent interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Must be able to conduct all duties in English. Bilingualism English/French is an asset.
