What makes this role important at Ipsos?As a Recruiter you will support the User Experience Service Line with full life‑cycle talent selection, filling various levels from entry level to Managers and Directors. You will work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition, Head of User Experience, the recruiting team, and hiring managers on a strategy to attract great talent for one of the world’s largest market‑research firms. This role helps Ipsos expand our operations year over year. What You Can Expect To Be DoingProvide full life‑cycle recruiting support across functions and geographies in North America Work closely with hiring managers to determine ideal candidate profile and sourcing strategy Develop recruitment strategies with hiring teams Proactively source candidates through various methods including LinkedIn Recruiter Guide internal applicants through the employee application process Manage candidate expectations on salary and job requirements, including pre‑closing candidate offers Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and other files to ensure information is accurate and up to date Respond to inquiries regarding benefits and corporate policies in a professional and timely manner Work cooperatively and collaboratively with various HR and business teams (Generalists, Business Partners, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiters) through the hiring process Report on recruiting activities on a regular basis What Success In This Role Looks LikeMaintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. Provide hiring teams with the information and guidance they need to make effective hiring decisions. This might be the job for you if you have:At least 2-3 years’ experience with full life‑cycle recruiting Ideal experience in an in‑house corporate recruiting environment and/or an agency environment Bachelor’s Degree preferred Experience recruiting for a variety of skill sets in a large professional services organization (market research or consulting beneficial but not required) Strong exposure with LinkedIn Recruiter, strong pipeline strategy Ability to be a trusted adviser to hiring managers and candidates Excellent communication and follow‑up skills with exceptional attention to detail A passion for working collaboratively and demonstrating clear expertise in attracting great talent A strong team player who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment Strong project management and process orientation with a high tolerance for ambiguity Strong consultative skills and willingness to constructively address and resolve challenges Resourcefulness and confidence interacting with all levels of the organization Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems, and other HR systems If you don’t meet 100% of the requirements, we encourage all who feel they might be a fit for the opportunity to apply.
