As part of its growth, BSC is launching a high-impact academic collaboration project with graduate‑level students, offering a unique opportunity to work on real business challenges in a fast‑growing consulting firm . This project is designed as a hands‑on, strategic and operational mandate , where the selected candidate will contribute directly to structuring and deploying BSC’s B2B marketing and business development strategy . This is not a theoretical assignment. It is a real transformation project , with direct and measurable impact on the company’s growth. Your Mission As part of this project, you will lead the analysis, structuring, and deployment of BSC’s marketing and commercial strategy. You will work from an existing strategic foundation, with the objective to challenge, refine, and operationalize it into a scalable and high‑performing system . You will play a key role in: Structuring and deploying a B2B marketing strategy Building and optimizing commercial development approaches Developing tools, content, and processes to support growth Measuring performance and driving continuous improvement Key Responsibilities Analyze and refine the existing B2B marketing strategy Conduct market, segmentation, and competitive analysis Define value propositions, messaging, and target personas Develop a structured marketing roadmap with clear KPIs Business Development & Commercial Structuring Structure and deploy a multi‑channel business development approach Build prospect segmentation and prioritized target lists Design and optimize outreach strategies (LinkedIn, email, events) Contribute to pipeline structuring and sales process optimization Content, Branding & Communication Develop high‑value marketing and sales content Structure key messaging frameworks (pitch, sector positioning, narratives) Contribute to BSC’s brand positioning and communication consistency Support content strategy (LinkedIn, website, thought leadership) Digital Marketing & Performance Management Conduct a digital audit (website, SEO, LinkedIn presence) Recommend and support website and UX optimization Define and monitor performance KPIs (traffic, leads, conversions) Contribute to campaign design and execution Build dashboards and track performance to drive continuous improvement Bonus & compensation Academic project or internship conducted in accordance with university guidelines. A performance‑based bonus of up to CAD 10,000 may be granted, depending on the results achieved during the mandate and the value generated for the firm.
