Come join our team of passionate difference makers.Position:Manager, InfoPeel and Respite ServicesReports To:CEOPosition Profile The Manager of InfoPeel and Respite provides strategic and operational leadership to the planning, coordination, management, and delivery of information, referral, for the centralized information and referral platform (InfoPeel) and Respite service. This role oversights program development, staff supervision, performance measurement, funder reporting and continuous quality improvement initiatives, in alignment with CDRCP’s Strategic Plan. The manager leads the development and implementation of effective practices, service standards, and performance measurement frameworks across all areas of the InfoPeel and Respite.The Manager oversees data systems, web-based service functions, evaluation processes and reporting to support accountability and evidence-informed decision making. Through strong community relationship-building, strategic planning, and systems leadership, the Manager identifies service gaps, develops responsive solutions and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.Major ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic oversight of all activities and programs within InfoPeel and RespiteLead the ongoing development and enhancement of integrated data and web‑based functions and services related to InfoPeel and Respite to ensure equitable and responsive access for familiesEstablish and monitor service standards, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational benchmarks aligned with organizational and funder requirements; provide recommendations to improve processes, increase efficiencies and strengthen service qualityDevelop and manage departmental budgets in collaboration with the Senior Management team, ensuring responsible stewardship of resourcesIdentify service gaps and system pressures through data analysis and community partner engagement, and implement appropriate solutionsCollaborate with the Senior Leadership team to set and meet internal and external service targets and KPIs while ensuring adherence to service guidelines and CDRCP’s strategic planAdministration and LeadershipLead, supervise, mentor and evaluate performance of InfoPeel and Respite team, embedding a continuous improvement cycle to monitor outcomes, strengthen practice and achieve established service targetsFoster a culture of learning, accountability, collaboration and continuous improvementOversee operational planning, staffing, scheduling, coverage, outreach and other resource allocations to ensure effective service deliveryMonitor professional and community resources to identify gaps, trends and system pressures, and implement responsive solutions to address identified challengesEnsure practices are reflective of organizational policies, funder requirements and relevant legislationMonitor allocated funds and budgeting effectively for all InfoPeel and Respite projects and eventsLead cross‑departmental collaboration, and identify and address organizational gaps or areas for growth, with guidance from the Executive DirectorDevelop and maintain active and effective communication practices and community information networksMaintain effective health and safety practices, role model effective practices and adhere to policies and proceduresQualificationsPost‑secondary education and related experience in Developmental Services, Resource Teaching, Social Work, Early Years and Child Care, or related human services area3+ years of experience in staff supervision, management and leadership of large teamsExperience in development, management and reporting of budgets and outcomesStrong understanding of statistics and data trend reportingStrong understanding of local, provincial and national frameworks, legislation, resources and best practices to support quality and capacity buildingUnderstanding of user experience thought processEffective use of current technology including databases, websites and learning platformsClear English verbal and written communication skills, second language an assetKnowledge of relevant legislationAbility to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends and act independentlyPossession of a valid G Driver’s License, a safe driving record and access to independent transportationAcceptable Vulnerable Reference CheckJob responsibilities are subject to change under the direction or assignment of the CEO.To learn more about CDRCP please visit is committed to ensuring that employment decisions are made equitably, and that employment barriers are eliminated in accordance with the Human Rights Code and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.
