You’ll report to the Head of Growth Marketing, and own STAN’s presence on social — full stop. Your job is to make us the most-followed, most-talked-about brand in the HOA and condo property management category. Our audience is owners of management companies, community association managers (CAMs), and the folks running the day-to-day in our communities. They are on LinkedIn during business hours, engage with casual and personality-driven content, and respond to people who feel real. Polished SaaS marketing doesn’t work here. You do. Ghostwrite and produce content for our team, turning their POVs, customer calls, and offhand opinions into posts, comments, and short-form video Develop STAN’s voice across channels: casual, sharp, community-focused, useful — not corporate Plan and produce a steady cadence of formats — text posts, carousels, short video, polls, behind-the-scenes — tuned weekly to what’s actually working Produce and edit short-form video using HeyGen, CapCut, or similar (lightweight in-house production, no agency) Engage in the comments and DMs of accounts our buyers already follow — be a real presence in the category, not a scheduled-post machine Track and report weekly on the metrics that matter: follower growth, engagement, inbound DMs, and demos influenced by social Spot trending formats and topics in the industry and ship a response before everyone else does Requirements 2–4 years running social media for a brand, ideally in B2B A real portfolio of social work — show us posts, accounts, or pages you’ve grown, ideally on LinkedIn Strong writing chops. You can ghostwrite in someone else’s voice and make it sound like them Video instincts — you’ve shot, edited, or directed short-form before, even if scrappy Comfort with light analytics — you read social dashboards and can tell signal from vanity A point of view on what works on LinkedIn right now, with examples to back it up Nice to have B2B SaaS or PropTech background A personal LinkedIn presence or proven track record growing someone else’s Familiarity with the property management, HOA, condo, or association management space Experience working with creators, influencers, or industry communities AI-native workflow — Claude, ChatGPT, HeyGen, CapCut, or similar already in your daily stack Design instincts (Figma, Canva) for one-off carousels and graphics Benefits Competitive salary Comprehensive health, dental, and specialist benefits.
