Our team members are motivated individuals that do remarkable things every day !Position Summar y:The Structures Technici an will troubleshoot, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft sheet metal components, composites, and hydraulics. Perform and document all work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as require d.Essential Functio ns:Perform all maintenance in accordance with FAA approved data and to the standards of good workmanship as required by the custom er.Keep safety of flight in the forefront at all times in the production of an airworthy produ ct.Accurately and legibly record all information required on internal company forms and aircraft maintenance documents in conformance to company, customer and FAA requiremen ts.Ensure appropriate use of the accurate tools for the application and that tooling is serviceable and calibrated when necessa ry.Locate, understand and implement the appropriate technical data used while performing maintenan ce.Perform any duties that may be assigned by the Maintenance Supervis or.As a "safety sensitive" position, this position requires that the employee be able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner as an essential job functi on.Ensure assigned work area is kept clean and free of hazards to both personnel and the aircra ft.Follow all vital safety precautions; hearing and eye protection, use of chemicals, engine and propeller hazards, fall protection, e tc.Maintain a FOD-free work environme nt.Comply with OSHA Safety Regulatio ns.As a "safety sensitive" position, this position requires that the employee be able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner as an essential job functi on.Participate in on-the-job training as requir ed.Observe safety procedures and personnel polici es.Regular attendance required as outlined in company poli cy.Requir ementsHigh School DiplomaBachelor's Degree in relevan t fieldTraining in Airframe and Power Plant with emphasis on Structures and Com posites5-10 years experience with structures and com posite.Prior experience on aircraft maintenance re quired.Familiar with turbo prop aircraft is a plus.
