About The Role As our Engineering Manager on our Builder Experience team, you will lead and scale a high‑calibre team of engineers focused on our product‑facing interfaces that make agent configuration magical. The role is hybrid with 2 days per week in our Toronto office. In this role, you will Oversee the technical roadmap for the Builder Experience team, translating architectural complexity into clear product strategies. Mentor a diverse group of engineers, ranging from product‑focused builders to specialized Staff Engineers, and actively support their professional growth. Partner closely with Product and Design to ensure our agent‑building tools remain intuitive while supporting deep technical capabilities. Champion a “show tell” culture by ensuring the team ships rapidly and maintains a high bar for both technical stability and user experience. Your background looks something like this Have a proven track record of leading and scaling engineering teams in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
