The Product Management Operations Specialist supports the full lifecycle of the Emergency Lighting product portfolio across the North American market. This role plays a key part in coordinating product data, managing operational workflows, supporting automation initiatives, and ensuring smooth execution of activities from concept through launch and eventual phase‑out. Reporting to the NAM EML Product Line Manager, you will be working closely with product management, R&D, supply chain, and commercial teams, helping maintain portfolio health and operational excellence. Responsibilities Support the end‑to‑end lifecycle of Emergency Lighting products, including performance tracking, KPI monitoring, and preparation of regular portfolio reports. Coordinate phase‑in and phase‑out (PIPO) activities, ensuring accurate documentation, timely communication, and alignment with supply chain, sales, and manufacturing teams. Maintain product data, documentation, and system records throughout the lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms. Assist in automation initiatives that streamline lifecycle management, reporting, and product update processes. Cross‑Functional Operations & Coordination Collaborate with R&D to gather requirements, organize documentation, and support feasibility assessments for new product concepts and enhancements. Work closely with supply chain and planning teams to communicate forecast updates, monitor inventory levels, and support demand‑supply alignment. Coordinate buy‑sell activities from conception through launch, ensuring all stakeholders have the necessary information, timelines, and materials. Provide technical and commercial support to sales teams, including preparing product information, presentations, and collateral. Market, Pricing & Launch Support Assist in collecting market insights and competitive data to support pricing guidelines and product positioning. Help maintain pricing documentation and ensure updates are communicated across relevant teams. Support the execution of product launch activities, including coordinating timelines, deliverables, and cross‑functional inputs. Operational Pipeline & Documentation Management Manage and track the ESR (Engineering Service Request) pipeline, ensuring requests are documented, prioritized, and progressed in alignment with engineering and product management. Coordinate meetings, timelines, and deliverables across product, engineering, and commercial teams. Maintain organized product documentation, including specifications, roadmaps, change notices, and lifecycle records. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field. 2–5 years of experience in product coordination, project coordination, or a related role within the electrical, lighting, or construction technology industry. Familiarity with lighting products or smart buildings systems is a plus. Experience working in cross‑functional environments, ideally within an agile organization. Strong communication, organizational, and relationship‑building skills.
