The Project Manager role sits at the center of that delivery, responsible for end‑to‑end project management and day‑to‑day client leadership for assigned accounts. You ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to agreed quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships and driving operational excellence. Job Requirements 2-3 years’ experience in a project‑based, client‑centric environment, managing multiple projects and events simultaneously. Proven expertise in leading projects involving virtual events, webinars, video production, and digital content management. Post‑secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Events, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Established project management skills, with the ability to develop and oversee schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Strong ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, prioritization, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools/software. Flexibility to work outside regular hours and travel as required. Job Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for assigned clients, managing project scope, risks, and escalations. Build trusted relationships and develop in‑depth knowledge of the client’s business and objectives. Lead client and stakeholder communications, providing timely updates, clear documentation, and effective issue resolution. Coordinate and host live webinar trainings, including logistics, scheduling, platform support, and participant engagement. Virtual Event & Video Production Coordination Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual events and live webinars in collaboration with internal events and video production teams. Manage the lifecycle of video content, including resource tracking, regionalization, translation, legal compliance, and quality control. Oversee production timelines, review creative assets, and ensure deliverables meet brand and legal standards. Upload, publish, and maintain videos across digital platforms (e.g., YouTube channels), including metadata, thumbnails, and audience engagement monitoring. Content Management Maintain and update digital content libraries, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with brand guidelines. Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, schedule, and execute content updates across multiple platforms. Monitor performance metrics for content and video assets to inform recommendations for continuous improvement. Ensure all content adheres to compliance, accessibility, localization, and brand requirements. Project Leadership & Execution Lead cross‑functional teams through all phases of project delivery (planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout) using traditional, agile, or hybrid methodologies. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk registers. Facilitate project kick‑offs, status meetings, and debrief sessions to ensure alignment and continuous improvement. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, enhance client ROI, and introduce innovative approaches to delivery. Financial & Operational Accountability Monitor project financials to ensure profitability and adherence to approved budgets and billing schedules. Prepare and share status reports on milestones, deliverables, risks, and financial health. Accurately forecast, track, and report project performance metrics to internal and external stakeholders. Key Relationships Internal: Client Leads, Operations Leads, Digital Marketing, Video Production, Digital Engineering, Finance, and Shared Services teams. External: Client stakeholders (Dealer Training Managers, Marketing Managers), third‑party vendors, production partners, translation services, and legal counsel. Job Benefits Compensation : The expected base salary compensation for this role is $60,000 to $90,000 CAD annually.
