This is not a high-level managerial role. It’s a tactical, execution-focused position intended to provide day-to-day PPC campaign management and optimization for our leadership team and clients.You’ll be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns—primarily across Google Ads and Meta Ads. Experience with Microsoft Ads is an asset. You’ll monitor performance, implement optimizations, and deliver regular reporting. There is room to grow. This role has a defined pathway for advancement within our Paid Media division.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (search, display, video, and social formats)Support campaign builds including keyword research, ad copywriting, audience targeting, and creative testingMonitor campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions, and lead qualityExecute ongoing optimizations including bid adjustments, negative keyword management, and A/B testingCollaborate cross-functionally with SEO, content, and web development teams to maximize campaign impactParticipate in internal reporting cycles, providing clear performance insights and recommendationsMaintain quality control across campaigns, budgets, and deliverables using industry best practicesEnsure regular communication with WSI’s clients, keeping them informed about progress, performance, and issuesWhat We’re Looking For Must-Have Experience & Skills3–5 years of hands-on PPC execution experience in an agency or fast-paced environmentProven track record managing Google Ads campaigns (search, display, video)Experience with Meta Ads campaign setup and optimization (awareness, traffic, and lead‑gen objectives)Familiarity with Microsoft Ads (asset, not required)Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and conversion trackingConfident navigating Ads Manager, Keyword Planner, and reporting platformsStrong QA habits and budget management skillsAbility to write and test ad copy that balances creativity with performanceCurrent Google and META CertificationsAttributes That MatterAnalytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skillsOrganized with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast‑paced environmentProactive, resourceful, and execution‑focusedCollaborative with a positive, team‑first attitudeStrong verbal and written communication skillsWe believe success is built on a foundation of trust, accountability, and long‑term partnerships—with both clients and team members.
