Overview We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of the organization. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, capable of managing financials, driving business development, and ensuring the overall financial health of the company. The ideal candidate will possess a background in accounting, corporate finance, or financial services. Responsibilities Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Oversee all financial operations, including bookkeeping, forecasting, account reconciliation, tax strategy, payroll and metrics. Provide strategic guidance on business development initiatives to enhance revenue growth. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards while maintaining accurate financial records. Prepare and present financial reports for the director. Qualifications Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior financial leadership role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and corporate finance. Previous experience with a mental health group practice an asset. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively. Proficiency in budgeting processes and account reconciliation techniques. Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on attention to detail. Ability to work remotely.
