Business Development Associate (Account Research & Executive Outreach) We build AI solutions that help public companies engage investors, communicate with markets, and operate smarter. Our buyers are CEOs, CFOs, and IR leaders at small- and micro-cap issuers who see AI as a competitive advantage. We’re hiring a Business Development Associate to partner directly with the founder/CEO in a paired-selling motion. You’ll own the front line—company research, bespoke outreach, executive scheduling, pre-call briefs, and follow-ups—so we can run more high-quality conversations and close faster. What you’ll do Target research: Profile assigned public companies; map CEO/CFO/IR + board influencers; capture key initiatives, disclosures, and signals. Bespoke outreach: Write crisp, credible first-touch and follow-up messages (email + LinkedIn) that reflect each company’s context. Meeting orchestration: Secure meetings with C-suite; manage calendars, confirmations, and prep; ensure tight pre-reads and agendas. Call prep & follow-through: Draft 1-page briefs for each meeting; log notes, create next steps, and send executive-grade recaps. Pipeline hygiene: Maintain CRM accuracy; track touches, replies, meetings, and opportunity stages; report weekly. Content feedback loop: Surface objections, language that lands, and quick wins to sharpen messaging and ads. You have 2–4+ years in B2B prospecting or BD (SaaS preferred) with strong research writing chops. Demonstrated success booking meetings with senior stakeholders (finance, legal, operations, or exec teams). Fluent with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo (or similar), and basic automation; comfortable in a CRM ideally experienced with Hubspot. A concise writing style and executive tone; you can turn research into a compelling, 120–150-word email. High ownership and pace; you love checklists, clean notes, and measurable progress. Nice-to-have: exposure to public companies / IR (not required—we’ll train on the domain). How we’ll work (paired-selling) Shared: weekly scorecard, call reviews, messaging iteration. Success metrics (first 60 days) 40–60 researched accounts/month with stakeholder maps. ≥10% positive reply rate on bespoke first touches. 6–10 C-suite meetings/month scheduled for the CEO. 100% CRM hygiene (activities, notes, next steps) and on-time post-call recaps. Why this role You’ll partner with the founder on executive selling, shape messaging, and help win marquee public-company accounts. You’ll see deals end-to-end, and help shape a modern, targeted go-to-market in a space that’s moving fast. #J-18808-Ljbffr
