Chief Hotel Officer Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Hotel Officer (CHO) is akey member of the MHG Senior Leadership Team, responsible for overseeing theoverall performance, operations, and strategic direction of the Hotel Division. This role provides leadership to the management teamsacross all hotel properties, driving operational excellence, financialperformance, and the consistent delivery of the world-class guest experiencesour properties are known for. The CHO will lead, coach, and mentor leadersacross the division, fostering a culture grounded in collaboration,accountability, and continuous improvement.
