Our clients Vancouver office is currently seeking a skilled mid to senior level Corporate Commercial Associate to join their team of highly regarded Corporate and Capital Markets experts. Qualifications and Attributes: The successful candidate will have 3-6 years of corporate commercial experience; including experience in public market corporate finance matters (with a particular interest in working with private issuers) from a national, regional or reputable boutique. Experience representing both public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, including plans of arrangement, amalgamations, and share purchase transactions. Proven ability to provide advice on compliance with corporate and securities regulatory requirements, including stock exchange listings, corporate governance, continuous disclosure obligations, and shareholders’ meetings. Excellent drafting skills and meticulous attention to detail.
