About the role Reporting to the Project Management Office, the Senior Project Manager is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving the execution of the organization's most complex, multi‑million dollar strategic initiatives. You won't just manage tasks; you will act as a strategic partner to executive leadership, navigating high‑stakes environments and cross‑functional dependencies to deliver transformational change. What you'll do Drive Strategic Delivery: Lead the full lifecycle of high‑priority strategic projects, ensuring every initiative delivers measurable ROI and aligns with long‑term business case objectives (scope, budget, and quality) Influence & Orchestrate: Work across business units to build high‑level consensus, manage complex stakeholder ecosystems, and proactively resolve friction points between competing priorities Architect Governance: Design and implement robust project governance frameworks, including sophisticated reporting structures, communication cadences, and change‑management strategies for enterprise‑wide initiatives Maximize Business Realization: Establish rigorous value‑realization frameworks and advanced KPIs that connect project outputs to corporate strategy. Lead regular impact‑syncs to ensure the project team and executive sponsors are aligned on how deliverables drive bottom‑line growth, efficiency, or competitive advantage, moving beyond "on‑time delivery" to "on‑value delivery". Executive Stewardship: Act as a strategic partner to executive sponsors; navigate high‑level stakeholders, provide data‑backed recommendations, and respectfully challenge assumptions to ensure project integrity and strategic alignment Mentor & Standardize: Contribute to the evolution of PMO methodologies and processes, mentoring junior project managers and championing best practices across the organization. Requirements 8‑10+ years of progressive project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise‑scale initiatives Bachelor's Degree required PMP, nice to have Deep mastery of PMBOK standards and expert‑level fluency in both Waterfall and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies Strong commercial mindset and intuitive grasp of how high‑impact project work fuels our long‑term vision.
