Territory Manager – Montreal and Surrounding Areas The Territory Manager is responsible for providing service and developing sales in Montreal and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include acquiring new clients in accordance with regional strategy, ensuring preventive maintenance, emergency service, and installation support, and developing relationships with distributors for the dishwashing and laundry sectors. Main Responsibilities Develop sales with existing clientele and acquire new accounts according to regional strategy. Ensure preventive maintenance, emergency service, and installation support in the territory. Develop sales representatives of assigned distributors (washing/laundry sector). Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce and execute the support plan for global and national accounts. Ensure the territory’s financial performance and train key customer teams. Launch new products and promotions with assigned accounts. Required Qualifications Residence in Montreal or surrounding areas. High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in computer tools (email, Microsoft Office). Valid driver’s license. Ability to move objects up to 16 kg and work in confined spaces. Experience in technical equipment maintenance. Professionalism, business acumen, and autonomy. Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills. Customer service orientation and negotiation skills. Ability to plan, measure, and manage work independently. Energy, passion, and ability to influence. Flexibility for evening and weekend hours as needed. Desired Qualifications Sales experience.
