What You’ll Do: Lead and support a team of 6–10 awesome staff members. Ensure every customer receives friendly, prompt service and delicious food. Train and mentor team members on daily operations. Help with opening and closing duties. Assist with store paperwork, inventory, and customer inquiries. Work alongside your team—taking orders, preparing food, handling payments, and more. Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming. Cover shifts to keep operations open. What We’re Looking For: Strong leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and customer care. Previous management or supervisory experience is an asset, but not required. Reliable, positive, and ready to roll up your sleeves. Must have a valid Food Handler Certificate.
