While a solid foundation is already in place, there’s a significant opportunity to expand, optimize, and scale our data ecosystem—and we’re looking for someone who’s excited to own that challenge. This role is for someone who takes initiative, brings ideas forward, and is excited about building smarter systems that make a real impact. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with key users and end‑users across the organization, serving as the primary point of contact for technical issues related to the Epicor ERP system. Provide timely support for incoming ERP system incidents, diagnosing issues, conducting root cause analysis, and resolving problems effectively. Work seamlessly with various departments to ensure smooth data flow across different Epicor Kinetic system modules. Develop and maintain reports to enhance data visibility and decision‑making. Assist in creating and updating training materials, processes, and work instructions to empower users. Monitor system parameters, processes and procedures to maintain consistency and accuracy. Leverage functional, analytical, and technical expertise to configure and support Epicor Kinetic functions, including manufacturing, accounting, and inventory & supply chain. Train individuals on the “quote‑to‑cash” functionalities within the system. Perform other duties as assigned. Experience and Skills Bachelor’s, associate degree, or diploma in information technology, business, or equivalent experience. 1–3 years of experience in quote‑to‑cash processing; bonus points for experience in an Epicor Kinetic environment. Experience in an industrial and manufacturing environment would be an asset. Proficiency in data‑related tasks, including SQL, BAQs (Business Activity Queries), and DMT (Data Management Tool). Creative problem‑solving abilities with a focus on efficiency. Strong troubleshooting skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
