Job Title:Technical Inside Sales (PAC Division, Automation and Controls)Location:# nd Street Langley, BC V1M 4A6Employment type:Full-time permanent, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.BenefitsBirthday offHealth, dental, and employee assistance program benefitsAnnual profit‑sharingEmployee share ownership program (ESOP)RRSP matching after 1 year of employmentAccess to EBH University for personal & professional growthRole Overview As a member of the PAC Division’s technical inside sales team, you will build strong customer relationships by generating accurate quotations and sales orders, working closely with Business Development to support projects and deliver excellent customer service.ResponsibilitiesProvide high‑level customer service, engaging and building relationships.Collaborate with vendors, manufacturers, and internal staff for order processing and expertise.Communicate with customers to determine appropriate solutions for troubleshooting, pricing, and product mix.Apply technical knowledge of process, instrumentation, automation, and controls.Innovatively solve problems, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and positivity.Continuously improve and seek excellence in all tasks.QualificationsDiploma in a relevant technical specialty or equivalent experience.Familiarity with Siemens product line (PLCs and VFDs) considered an asset.Customer service experience with strong communication skills (phone and email).Technical understanding of E.B.
