As part of the enterprise risk function, you will gain hands‑on exposure to fraud risk, insider threat, operational risk, and reporting activities while working alongside experienced professionals. This role offers a strong foundation for students interested in pursuing a career in risk management within the financial services industry. Your role Support fraud risk management and insider threat initiatives through research, analysis, and documentation Assist in the development of reports, dashboards, and presentations for management Analyze data to identify trends, emerging risks, and control gaps Participate in process improvement initiatives across risk management activities Collaborate with team members on ad hoc risk assessments and governance initiatives Support day‑to‑day operational and administrative activities of the team Your team You will be part of the Fraud Risk Management team within the broader Risk Management function. The team is responsible for providing second‑line oversight, frameworks, and guidance related to fraud risk, insider threat, and operational risk. Prerequisites Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in business, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Ability to synthesize information and communicate findings clearly Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively Eligible to work in Canada Languages Reason to require this language: you will need to work closely with our colleagues outside Quebec.
