BREKA Bakery Creations Inc. is looking for 1 Baker (Team Lead)! Employer: Breka Bakery Creations Inc. Employment Type: Permanent/Full-time Number of Opening: 1 Wage: $25-$27 per hour (Depending on experience) Hours: 30-40 hours per week Job duties for this position include: Produce the highest-quality baking products at all times while being a lead on the team. Provide training and assist in improving each individual’s skill and experience. Monitor ingredients inventory levels and manage ordering to ensure par levels in stock. Assist in scheduling for bakers to maintain operational and service standards. Establishes and maintains effective and positive communication amongst team members and all other departments. Act as a point of contact in the manager’s absence and make decisions regarding the production and the product quality, if needed. Assist in establishing workflows in the team for production, inventory control, delivery receiving and organizing ingredients. Ensure food and safety standards at all times. Job Requirements: Completion of Secondary Minimum 3 years of baking experience in a commercial environment/café/bakery is required. Must be available to work during our 24 hours operational hour.
