What You Will Do Grow AWM’s market share by helping advisors/branches grow their business Provide service and support to advisors in the region through proactive outbound sales/service calls Support advisor recruitment by proactively developing relationships with prospective advisors including proactive outbound calls to set up meetings Provide timely support, information and practice management strategies to advisors Manage and handle incoming Advisor calls and service requests Develop service and growth strategies, leverage resources appropriately, work closely with business partners, and ensure consistent messaging to the region’s constituents Maintain working knowledge of industry competitors, investment vehicles, financial markets and economic data Provide continual feedback to Management on practice management trends, product requests, competitive information and marketing and operational matters Participate in all required team meetings and training including regional advisor council meetings Ensure all activities including meetings, notes, etc. are tracked and logged into Salesforce/Navigator What You Will Bring Minimum 3 years financial industry experience, with prior sales, client service and/or relationship management experience in a MFDA/IIROC dealer preferred.
