We are seeking a Manager to join our Workforce Advisory – ERP Change and Transformation practice, with a strong focus on SAP-enabled transformations. In this role, you will lead change strategies that help organizations successfully deliver large-scale ERP programs, enabling adoption, workforce readiness, and sustainable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead ERP Change & Transformation Programs Lead the design and execution of comprehensive change management strategies for SAP implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives, transformation outcomes, and program milestones. Own and drive business readiness and adoption across the ERP project lifecycle, including impact assessments, readiness evaluations, communications, training, and adoption support key transformation milestones. Organizational Readiness & Workforce Strategy Assess organizational and workforce impacts of ERP programs and lead the design of workforce transition, skill, and capability strategies to support successful adoption. Guide clients through organizational readiness, behavioral change, and role evolution resulting from SAP-enabled transformations. Senior Stakeholder & Client Management Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership, managing senior stakeholder relationships and providing clear, strategic guidance on change and adoption risks. Lead executive‑level discussions, workshops, and decision forums related to ERP change and transformation. Delivery Excellence & Risk Management Ensure high‑quality delivery of change deliverables, including change plans, communication strategies, engagement roadmaps, training approaches, and business readiness activities. Monitor progress, proactively identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to support on‑time and effective delivery. Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead, coach, and develop project teams, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance environment. Work closely with cross‑functional teams (technology, business, program management) to ensure integrated delivery across ERP programs. Business Development & Practice Growth Lead and contribute to business development efforts, including proposal development, solution design, and client pursuits. Identify opportunities to expand ERP change and transformation services and support the growth of long‑term client relationships. Contribute to the evolution of EY’s ERP change methodologies, tools, and thought leadership. Skills And Attributes For Success Experience delivering change management strategies for ERP programs, including stakeholder engagement, readiness, communications, and training. Strong understanding of SAP ERP systems and how SAP‑enabled process changes translate into workforce, role, and behavioral impacts across business functions. Strong knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology or typical phases of an ERP implementation. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead workstreams independently. Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to think creatively and strategically. High level of motivation, adaptability, and a proactive attitude. To Qualify for the Role You Must Have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5‑8 years of experience in ERP change management, preferably with SAP implementations. PROSCI or equivalent Change Management certification (asset). Experience delivering change solutions across project lifecycles: Assessment, Design, and Implementation. Project management experience; PMP certification is an advantage. Bilingual (English/French) is an advantage. Flexibility to travel (approximately 30%). Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skill sets.
