YOUR ROLE Benelogix is building something from the ground up — and we want you to be part of it. The Office Administrator will provide multi-faceted administrative and analytical support to our Benefits Advisor sales team, with the opportunity to help shape the structure of Benelogix as we grow. This is an on-site role, out of our office in Calgary, AB . YOUR IMPACT You will review policy contracts, employee benefit booklets, and renewal reports. You will determine if additional data is required and provide requirements to the Benefits Advisor. You will prepare quote specifications and submit RTQs to GroupHEALTH. You will liaise between Benelogix and GroupHEALTH Underwriting. You will participate in team brainstorming sessions to determine client recommendations. You will peer review data and Assessment Reports. You will maintain the CRM and Sales system, tracking lead progress and projecting future closing dates. You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of group systems, products, and technology, with a thorough understanding of how these relate to group insurance consulting. THIS IS YOU You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing organization. You have strong written and verbal communication skills. You are tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and processes. You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. THIS IS NICE Experience in employee benefits, group insurance, or financial services. Familiarity with CRM or sales support systems. YOUR COMPENSATION At the time of this posting, the estimated annual salary range for this position is $45,000–$50,000. Individual compensation within this range is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and education/training. This range reflects the annual base salary only and does not encompass our comprehensive total rewards and benefits that we proudly offer.
