Job Description Posted Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 4:00 AM | Expires Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 3:59 AM As a Senior Corporate Communications Advisor, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting internal communication strategies that foster employee engagement, strengthen understanding of organizational priorities, and ensure consistency in internal messaging. Responsibilities Acting as a strategic communications partner to leadership and management teams, you will play a key role in change management initiatives, post-merger/acquisition (M&A) integration, and organizational transformation. Key Areas Strategy and Planning – develop and execute integrated internal communication strategies aligned with the company’s vision, business priorities, and culture. Communications and Change Management – support communications related to cultural, operational, and organizational integration following mergers or acquisitions. Content Creation – write, edit, and adapt executive communications, newsletters, intranet articles, manager toolkits, FAQs, and videos. Internal Channels Management – manage and evolve internal communication channels such as intranet, newsletters, collaborative platforms, and email communications. Performance Measurement – define KPIs, measure effectiveness, gather employee feedback, and identify improvement opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. Minimum of 8–10 years of relevant experience in internal or corporate communications. Proven experience in change management and post-M&A communications. Experience within a complex, matrixed organization operating across multiple jurisdictions. Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and French. Strong ability to connect strategic initiatives across projects and regions. Solid understanding of human dynamics in transformation contexts. Strong ability to simplify and structure complex information. Strategic advisory and stakeholder management skills. Organizational agility and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proficiency with digital and collaborative tools and internal communication platforms. Benefits Continuous training.
