Role: SAP OTC Consultant Location: Toronto, ON/Vancouver, BC Type: Contract Rate: CAD75/hr - CAD85/hr We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC Consultant with strong expertise in S/4HANA implementations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Order-to-Cash processes, S/4HANA innovations, and cross-functional integrations, along with the ability to work closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and support end-to-end SAP SD/OTC implementations and conversions in S/4HANA environments. Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions within the SAP ecosystem. Configure and optimize SAP SD modules aligned with OTC processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FICO, MM, and external system interfaces (e.g., logistics, 3PL). Act as a bridge between business users and technical/development teams to ensure seamless solution delivery. Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities. Provide subject matter expertise on SAP Sales processes and S/4HANA best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of experience in SAP SD/OTC. Minimum of 3 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations or system conversions. Strong knowledge of S/4HANA Sales innovations, including: Simplified Data Model Business Partner approach Fiori-based analytics and reporting Hands-on experience with integration of SAP OTC with FICO, MM, and external systems (e.g., logistics, 3PL). Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both business and technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in global or large-scale SAP environments. Exposure to additional SAP modules or related technologies is a plus. SAP S/4HANA certification is desirable.
