You will take full ownership of the concession, acting as a true brand ambassador while building a loyal client base and driving measurable growth. What You’ll Be Driving Own and exceed all KPIs: revenue, UPT, ATV, and conversion Leverage sales insights to identify opportunities and drive performance Create innovative strategies to increase footfall, engagement, and repeat business Client Experience & Clienteling Deliver a refined, high-touch luxury experience at every interaction Build, nurture, and activate a strong client book Host VIP appointments and in-store events to deepen loyalty and brand connection Operations & Concession Management Oversee daily operations including opening/closing, stock management, and reporting Partner with department store teams to optimize concession performance and visibility Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Who You Are 3–5+ years’ experience in luxury or premium retail (concession experience highly preferred) A proven performer with a strong track record in sales and clienteling Entrepreneurial, proactive, and thrives in an ownership-driven environment Salary $60,000 - $70,000 annually depending on experience.
