Strong Java Expertise: Extensive experience in Java development with solid hands‑on in JSP, Servlets, and frameworks like Spring and Struts, along with IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS). Healthcare & Integration Knowledge : Experience with IBM InfoSphere MDM (Initiate), HL7/FHIR messaging, and good understanding of healthcare systems and public health programs. Modern Development & Data Skills: Proficient in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift) and SQL programming in relational databases. SDLC & System Reliability: Strong grasp of SDLC, QA, release processes, troubleshooting, and security standards (PKI, WS-Security, WS-*).
