Vous jouerez un rôle clé en accompagnant nos clients du secteur du commerce de détail dans la mise en œuvre, l’optimisation et la transformation de leurs processus omnicanaux stratégiques. En tant qu'expert(e) reconnu(e) en solutions Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce & Retail, vous transformerez votre savoir‑faire en valeur ajoutée pour nos clients, en intervenant sur des projets stratégiques liés à la gestion des points de vente (POS), du commerce électronique, des opérations de magasin, de la chaîne d’approvisionnement retail et de l’expérience client. Reporting to the Manager, conseiller D365, the Senior Consultant D365 F&O Commerce & Retail is a member of the Microsfot team. You will play a key role in supporting our retail sector clients in the implementation, optimization, and transformation of their strategic omnichannel processes. As a recognized expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce & Retail solutions, you will transform your expertise into added value for our clients, working on strategic projects related to point of sale (POS) management, e‑commerce, store operations, retail supply chain, and customer experience. Business Knowledge Participate in the analysis of business needs for retail clients and design adapted functional solutions in D365 F&O. Configure and deploy retail‑related modules: store management, POS, products, promotions, pricing, loyalty, channel management (online/offline), etc. Operational Excellence Oversee key project phases: framing workshops, design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post‑launch support. Contribute to optimizing the customer experience through D365 Commerce and Retail technologies. Communication & Relationships Work closely with technical, marketing, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth and coherent solution integration. Ensure knowledge transfer to end‑users and produce necessary functional documentation. Creativity and Innovation Act as a strategic advisor to clients on retail trends and digital innovations. Support internal teams and clients in a continuous improvement and change management approach. Qualifications Baccalauréat en administration, commerce, systèmes d’information ou domaine connexe. 10 ans d’expérience confirmée en implantation ERP/CRM ou solutions technologiques dans le domaine du commerce, avec une expertise approfondie sur Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (et/ou D365 Commerce / Retail). Solide compréhension des enjeux du commerce omnicanal, des opérations en magasin (POS), de la gestion des prix et promotions, et des programmes de fidélisation client. Expérience avérée sur des projets d’envergure de transformation numérique ou d’intégration de plateformes de commerce électronique. Capacité à analyser des besoins métiers complexes et à les traduire en solutions fonctionnelles concrètes et innovantes. Certification Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce (un atout majeur). Communication: Avoir de bonnes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite, en français et en anglais afin notamment de communiquer avec une clientèle située partout en Amérique du Nord. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Information Systems, or a related field. 10 years of confirmed experience in ERP/CRM implementation or technology solutions in the retail sector, with in‑depth expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (and/or D365 Commerce / Retail). Solid understanding of omnichannel retail challenges, in‑store operations (POS), pricing and promotions management, and customer loyalty programs. Proven experience in large‑scale digital transformation or e‑commerce platform integration projects. Ability to analyze complex business needs and translate them into concrete and innovative functional solutions. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce certification (a major asset). Communication: good oral and written communication skills, in French and English, to communicate with clients located across North America.
