This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and managing candidates for contract and direct-hire opportunities in the technology sector. You'll work closely with account managers and delivery leads to ensure timely fulfillment of client requisitions, while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience. What You'll Do Source and screen qualified candidates for technical roles using various channels and tools. Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit based on client requirements. Maintain and update candidate records and activity logs in Bullhorn. Collaborate with account managers to understand job orders and prioritize recruitment efforts. Generate candidate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach. Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to shared recruitment goals. Support cross-functional recruitment efforts across national practices when needed. What You Bring to the Table 2-3 years of experience in technical recruitment or staffing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Bullhorn experience is a plus). A proactive mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality candidate experiences.
