May be required to work some weekends (Monday – Friday) (30 hours per week) Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year Education: Secondary School plus CPR or First Aid Language: English Responsibilities Supervise & care for children before and after school. Plan, prepare and serve meals; light housekeeping, laundry. Oversee children’s activities, such as meals, playtime, rest periods, as instructed by employer. Get children ready for school, maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home. Instruct children in personal hygiene; tend to their emotional well‑being and support social development. Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents. Organize and participate in activities such as games, crafts, reading and outings. Have good communication and decision‑making abilities and be flexible. Transportation/Travel Information Public transportation is available.
