As we continue to scale, we're looking for an experienced and strategic Sales Manager to lead our growth initiatives across the North American market.Role OverviewAs Sales Manager for North America, you will play a critical role in expanding our presence across the region. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on sales execution, including nurturing high-value relationships, closing deals, and contributing directly to our market expansion strategy.You’ll work closely with the VP of Commercial to support ongoing commercial engagements and play a key role in onboarding future sales team members as we scale.Key Responsibilities● Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share and reach acrossNorth America.● Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with key travel industry players andpotential partners.● Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, including leadingproduct demos and presentations in collaboration with other team members.● Build, maintain, and manage a robust pipeline of inbound and outbound sales leads.● Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and productpositioning.● Represent us at relevant industry events, conferences, and networkingopportunities.● Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Managers, Product, Marketing, andImplementation teams to ensure alignment and a smooth customer experience frompre-sales through delivery.Strategic Focus Areas● Collaborate closely with the VP of Commercial on current sales opportunities andstrategic accounts.● Contribute to the development of the company’s go-to-market strategy for NorthAmerica.● Deliver market analysis and insights into the competitive landscape in the region.● Support the onboarding and transition of a future commercial leader within the business.What Sets You Apart● 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, travel technology, or enterprise software solutions.● Demonstrated success managing a full sales cycle and meeting and exceeding revenue targets.● Strong understanding of the North American travel industry and business culture.● Exceptional ability to create and present compelling storylines for C-Level meetings.● Highly self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.● Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is an asset.● Willingness to travel● You can independently manage multiple projects while fostering team collaboration.● You're a strategic thinker with the ability to map out account plans and identify customer pain points swiftly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
