The goal is to protect children and to stabilize families by helping to make improvements in the environment, parent capabilities, family interactions, child safety and wellbeing, working with parents to address those issues/dysfunctions (abuse, neglect, parent inability to parent) that place the child at risk of placement and to establish a range of services tailored to the needs and preferences of families and for an intensive period. Services include assessment (holistic health), case/care planning, advocacy, referrals and connection to community-based support services and resources, and continued assessment and monitoring to ensure that service needs are met.Schedule SCHEDULE:The main office is open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm; however, schedules will vary dependent upon work location. Flexibility is required, as hours of work range from days to evenings and weekends anywhere from 8:30am to 9:00pm with varied hours during summer months, and for community and other events throughout the year.Work Location WORK LOCATION:Primary locations include main office in North Battleford, Little Pine, and Poundmaker Outreach, and travel to Lucky Man Saskatoon, Regina, Prince Albert and other areas where we have children in care.#J-18808-Ljbffr
