Youth Unlimited YFC Southwestern Ontario is a youth-focused, faith-based organization dedicated to helping young people in Southwestern Ontario reach their full potential by showing love and care for their whole person. We are seeking a passionate, self-motivated leader to guide a team working with youth and their families in Minto, ON. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, demonstrate leadership qualities such as supervisory and team-building abilities, and have the capacity to cast vision and inspire others. Active participation in local youth networks and the ability to connect with both churched and non-churched populations are essential. Relevant education and a proven track record in leadership and youth work are required. A vehicle is also necessary for this role. The salary for this position will be based on education and experience and is funded on a missionary basis, requiring the formation of a ministry partnership team.
