Compensation The expected hourly hiring range is $22.20 to $27.75 based on a 35‑hour work week. Salary will depend on qualifications, experience, market conditions and internal equity. Professional Development Westland offers financial assistance for approved work‑related training and certification, as well as professional development seminars and conferences. Responsibilities Promote and educate clients on insurance products. Own client relationships and drive retention. Help grow Westland’s presence in the local community. Deliver superior customer service and act as a client advocate. Identify clients’ business challenges and recommend solutions. Assist clients with their insurance needs using underwriting principles. Qualifications Track record of achieving sales targets. Ability to build authentic client relationships. Strong time‑management skills, prioritize workload, maintain confidentiality.
