Technical Project Manager – Wind Turbine Services (Hybrid, Canada) 7 days ago Job Summary The Technical Project Manager oversees the day-to-day execution of wind turbine service and third-party installation projects across Canada and the U.S. The role requires strong technical wind turbine experience combined with leadership and project management skills. This is a hybrid position based anywhere in Canada, with regular travel to MWS offices and project sites. Key Responsibilities Manage wind turbine service projects in collaboration with the Head of Blades & Spare Parts Plan schedules, manpower, and equipment needs Monitor budgets, timelines, productivity, and risks Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Act as the main contact between field teams, clients, and internal stakeholders Provide technical support when required Prepare reports and project close-out documentation Support mobilization/demobilization and travel logistics Requirements Minimum 5+ years of hands-on wind turbine experience Proven experience managing service/repair projects and field teams Strong knowledge of wind turbine systems Experience working across Canada & U.S. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Willingness to travel extensively Assets: Trade/technical diploma or engineering background, PMP, OEM experience, GWO, First Aid, CSTS-2020, WHMIS-2015, ACSA-LOTO Conditions & Benefits Full-time, hybrid role Salary from $100,000 per year Safety-sensitive position (Drug & Alcohol testing required) #J-18808-Ljbffr
