Position Summary The Digital Ads & Google Ad Grants Coordinator is a pivotal role in driving Welfare Avenue’s online visibility, campaign reach, and donor engagement. With access to a $10,000/month Google Ad Grant, this position ensures we maximize the impact of our advertising resources across Google Ads, YouTube, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms. The coordinator will oversee the creation, management, and optimization of digital ad campaigns—tracking performance, analyzing ROI, and aligning campaigns with organizational goals. This role requires a data-driven strategist who can blend creativity with technical expertise to amplify Welfare Avenue’s mission, expand our community reach, and attract new supporters. Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution Manage and optimize the organization’s $10,000/month Google Ad Grant account. Design, launch, and monitor digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). Align ad campaigns with Welfare Avenue’s strategic objectives (e.g., volunteer recruitment, fundraising, awareness-building). Performance & Analytics Track and analyze campaign performance through Ads Manager dashboards. Conduct ROI and cost-per-conversion analyses to measure effectiveness. Prepare monthly reports with insights, learnings, and recommendations for campaign improvement. Content & Creative Collaboration Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to ensure ad content aligns with brand messaging and visuals. Test and refine copy, targeting, and creative assets for maximum impact. Explore innovative approaches to storytelling through video, display, and social ads. Optimization & Compliance Ensure ongoing compliance with Google Ad Grants policies and best practices. Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new digital advertising opportunities. Implement A/B testing and audience segmentation strategies to improve targeting. Ideal Qualifications Technical & Strategic Skills 2+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns (nonprofit or agency background preferred). Proficiency in Google Ads (including Ad Grants), YouTube Ads, and Meta Ads Manager. Strong understanding of analytics, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Keela, Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. Analytical & Creative Skills Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision making. Skilled at interpreting campaign metrics and translating them into actionable strategies. Strong copywriting and visual storytelling instincts.
