Employer matched RRSP Flexible work enviroment Overview The Network Partnership Liaison is responsible for building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with Employment Services Providers and Wraparound Supports Providers to support a coordinated, effective service network. Acting as the primary point of contact between AKG and external service partners, this role ensures referral pathways are clear, timely, and aligned with program expectations. The Network Partnership Liaison plays a key role in identifying system-level trends, service gaps, and access challenges, supporting continuous improvement and informed network planning. Responsibilities Partnership Management & Engagement Maintain and strengthen relationships with Employment Services Providers within the Employment Services Referral Network. Act as the primary liaison between AKG and Employment Services Providers to support efficient and timely referral flows. Build collaborative relationships with Wraparound Supports Providers to ensure alignment between employment services and community-based supports. Serve as a point of contact for partner inquiries related to referrals, processes, and coordination. Referral Flow & System Coordination Support system coordination by clarifying referral expectations, processes, and eligibility criteria with partner organizations. Promote consistent understanding of roles, responsibilities, and service pathways across the network. Monitor referral activity and identify trends related to access, timeliness, and service utilization. Support resolution of referral issues, delays, or misalignment in collaboration with internal teams and partners. Identify service gaps, capacity constraints, and access challenges within the referral network. Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to program leadership. Track partnership engagement and referral activity to support network planning, reporting, and performance monitoring. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing best practices and system insights. Collaborate with internal teams, including Service Delivery Managers, Service Navigators, and Client Pathways Specialists, to support effective service coordination. Support the development of tools, resources, or communications that improve network clarity and consistency. Maintain accurate documentation of partnership activity, engagement, and outcomes. Contribute to reporting, audits, and evaluation activities as required. Qualifications Required Diploma or degree in Human Services, Social Work, Public Administration, Business, or a related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience in partnership management, system coordination, workforce development, or community-based services. Strong relationship-building, communication, and facilitation skills. Ability to analyze system-level data and identify trends or gaps. Experience working across multiple organizations or service networks. Preferred Experience working within employment services or referral-based service systems. Familiarity with service eligibility frameworks and referral processes. Experience supporting performance monitoring or network planning. Strong documentation and reporting skills.
