Overall Lead the end‑to‑end change management strategy and roadmap for a global digital transformation initiative. Ensure alignment with ECM methodologies, frameworks, and governance standards. Translate program objectives into clear change approaches tailored to regions, markets, and stakeholder groups. Partner with ECM to ensure consistency while providing day‑to‑day leadership and coaching to Change Analysts. Skills and Requirements 5–7+ years of experience in Change Management, ideally supporting complex digital or technology‑enabled transformation programs. Proven success leading large‑scale, global transformation projects with multiple stakeholder groups. Strong ability to balance holistic strategy with region‑specific application. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed, dotted‑line environment.
