IT Solutions Support Engineer We are Systematix and we are currently looking for an IT Solutions Support Engineer for our client.About the Project Our client is seeking a hands‑on IT Solutions Support Engineer to support and scale a modern enterprise technology environment. This role is focused on endpoint management, identity and access management, automation, and operational support. The successful candidate will help evolve the IT support function beyond traditional help‑desk activities by embedding automation, self‑service capabilities, and strong technical practices across the organization.Responsibilities In this role, you will support and maintain scalable IT solutions that improve operational efficiency and end‑user experience. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain a secure, high‑performing environment while supporting business growth through modern support delivery and automation initiatives.Requirements3+ years of experience in Technical Support, Systems Engineering, or Desktop EngineeringExperience supporting Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) activities and office location movesStrong ability and desire to work directly with internal clients on IT support issuesProficiency with endpoint management tools such as Jamf and IntuneExperience configuring and managing Identity Providers such as Okta or Azure AD, including SSO integrationsDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot SaaS, networking, and infrastructure issues methodicallyStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience supporting and administering environments including Google Workspace, Okta, Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, Intune, and JAMFNice to HaveExperience building automation workflows and zero‑touch deployment solutionsExposure to SOC‑2 compliance environments and automated security controlsExperience creating technical documentation and runbooksFamiliarity with proactive vulnerability management and security best practicesAbout the Role Location: Vancouver, BC (Onsite – 5 days/week)Duration: Full‑Time Contract – 3 monthsWork hours: Monday to Friday, with potential for after‑hours support workPay Disclosure The average hourly pay range for this field is as follows:Junior to Intermediate: 3–5 years of experience — $28–$32/hrCompensation is commensurate with these standards; exceptions may apply based on experience, skills, and market conditions.AI Disclosure We may use artificial intelligence (AI) or other automated tools to support parts of our recruitment process.
